Teaching Assistant (Level 2)

Our Lady of the Magnificat Multi Academy Company are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Teaching Assistant (Level 2) for Our Lady’s Catholic Primary School. Applications from non-Catholic people are warmly welcomed.

We are a friendly school of 95 pupils and a dedicated teaching and support team of 12 staff.

The successful candidate will:

• Have a Teaching Assistant qualification, or a commitment to completing this.
• Have the passion for learning and high expectations for themselves and their pupils.
• Have the ability to motivate and inspire pupils and provide challenge in their learning.
• Have strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to form positive partnerships with parents.
• Have the energy, enthusiasm, ambition and a positive attitude.
