Work with us

If your values fit with our vision and you are looking for career progression that is supported at all levels, then I would encourage you to apply for a position within our Multi-Academy.

Mr T Leverage - Catholic Senior Executive Leader

We believe that we are stronger together. Positive and constructive collaboration is at the heart of our success. We value all of our staff, across all areas of our schools and strive to ensure they feel challenged and supported to develop in their chosen career.

TRAINING

We are committed to continuously developing our staff and provide opportunities for professional development and growth.  Our staff benefit from having access to highly experienced School Improvement Team as well as collaborative groups across our family of schools.  Future Leaders also have access to a structured Leadership Development Programme and professional NPQ qualifications.

OPPORTUNITIES

As a large Multi-Academy, that is continuing to grow, our staff benefit from career opportunities and succession planning at all levels.  If you are able to support individuals or teams in similar positions in other schools, then secondment secondment opportunities are available.  This provides new challenges and helps to develop confidence and ability to mentor and coach others.

Something I like the most about working for the Magnificat is being able to collaborate with so many other experienced and dedicated practitioners. My colleagues from across the multi-academy are always keen to support and share best practice in any way that they can.

Mrs K Wilkes - Headteacher
